Your detailed arrival instructions and unique smart-lock code will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Your code will remain valid throughout your stay.

✔ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT



This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. The hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and placed two days before check-in. It will be released two days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.



✔ SECURITY DEVICES



There are no cameras in the home’s interior living spaces.



Two security cameras are installed at the property—one outside the main entrance and one inside the attached garage. They monitor their respective entrance and garage areas and record motion-activated events rather than recording continuously.



A noise-level monitor measures overall noise levels without recording sounds or conversations.
