Situated in a quiet, secure residential estate near the heart of Edinburgh city centre, this brand-new, stylish four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or small groups.
Note: 1 Pet is allowed upon request.
Our modern interior features three beautifully furnished bedrooms and a spacious attic room, complete with an ensuite bathroom. The house includes three bathrooms: a convenient WC on the ground floor, a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor, and an attic bathroom with an ultra-modern shower.
Upon entering, you'll find an entrance lobby connecting you to the stairwell and living area. From the living area, you can access the kitchen, which also contains a private laundry room for your convenience. You can also access the bathroom with WC next to the dining area for visitors and guests, so they don’t have to go upstairs to the shower rooms during meals. The newly refurbished, well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining space is perfect for family meals or gatherings. It features a full range of appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The modern living and dining area is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a large L-shaped sofa, two stylish chairs, and a 55" smart TV for your entertainment.

It features a king-size bed, which can be zipped and clipped to form two separate singles, depending on your needs. The room includes a bedside drawer and lovely paintings, making it ideal for families.

This cozy first-floor room features a single bed, a bedside drawer, and a built-in wardrobe for hanging clothes. It is beautifully decorated with artwork and includes a dressing mirror.
