You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the remaining balance will be payable.
Bookings made at this property require a £300 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded to your card 5-7 working days after departure.

Bedroom 2 - Double room with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs bedroom with one single bed and a trundle bed (pulls out from underneath the single bed).
