It was a good place for a rest after seeing the sights of Edinburgh. Also in a good local part of Edinburgh (Leith Walk) plenty of bars and eateries. Close to the tram and bus.

Just what you need

Pretty great for the price. It’s what you can expect from student accommodations, but the room was mostly clean (vacuuming left a little to be desired) and the bed was comfy enough. You’re not allowed to eat in the room which made things a little complicated for us, but we figured it out.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. When I left they made sure to check that my stay was pleasant. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I was initially concerned that it might be a bit noisy having 6 rooms to the apartment but I slept really well with no issues. Very happy with my stay and would go again. Great for those who want a welcoming and fuss free space to stay in Edinburgh.

Great value and location.

Budget comfort had everything one needs for simple living. Very nice stay. Students were mostly friendly and accommodating. Location convenient to tram, shops, restaurants etc. Parking offsite about 15-20 min walk.

Good budget location

Within walking distance from the main attractions. Room clean and good Wi-Fi. Only downside no coat hangers in wardrobe. Staff very helpful and loaned us a charger. Free tea and coffee in the reception.

Basic student accommodation with shared kitchen etc in great location. It was clean, bright and well equipped. However room was stifling due to sun on windows. Staff were friendly and efficient.
