"There was no internet had been out for a least 6 months. They had 10 ice machines and only 2 worked. The driveway was fill with potholds you could sprain your ankles. They had a sign at front desk saying the internet did not work but until you check in and got to your room and went back to front desk it said go find a new hotel if you needed internet. I will never go there again and not use expedia again."

"We booked a room for two nights at this Best Western because we were told they had a WORKING hot tub. The first night’s stay it was ice cold and the entire pool room was flooded. The second and last night’s stay, the hot tub was operating, but was not even bathtub warm. We were NOT the only guests commenting on its temperature and unclear, murky water. Extremely disappointing and a refund of some kind would be appreciated!"

"Very bad experience, first the reception lady put me in the standard king room when i booked the king suite with separate sitting area. I had to go back to reception and when i pointed that she said oh sorry that room wasnt cleaned yet. Mind you i checked in after 4 pm. After waiting good 20 minutes she put me to the room which i originally booked. The TV wasnt working when i pointed out they said somebody will come tomorrow to fix it. One other issue was no shower curtain in the shower. When i called in the house keeping dropped the shower curtain on door in my hand and my husband had to hang it. Very bad experience"
