"Very clean and modern. Easy check in and convenient restaurant next door. There was also a room in the hotel available for everyone with a microwave, sweet machine etc. right next to the wildlife park."

"The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back."

"This was an enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, lovely and clean with a very large room. If I had any criticism, it would be a very minor one, where the towel holder and toilet roll holder was loose. But that’s taking nothing away from a lovely place to stay."
