"Perfect location for an early flight - right next to departures in the South Terminal. I was a solo traveller and the room was plenty big enough for one - although I would not like to have been two in the bed as one would have been squashed up against the wall. "

It was smart, clean, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ability to use the covered walkway straight to Departures was an added bonus. "The location of the hotel was convenient, very close to the Tower of London and boroughs market. The staff was helpful. My only complaints were the heating in our room was a portable oil filled heater and the bathroom fan did not work. We had an executive room and this was barely tolerable for the price."

"Hotel was very nice, quick check in and staff excellent, just don’t eat in the restaurant. Can’t comment on breakfast but the dinner was terrible, pizza, pasta etc. It felt like it had just been heated in the microwave. Small portions and not worth the money. The rooms are big, comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was great and separate kitchen area, all very clean and the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay here again, 3 minutes walk from both Lambeth North and Waterloo tube stations. 20 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square. Lots of eating places close by. Tokyo Bagel particularly nice. There is a Sainsbury’s right beside the hotel aswell."
