"Hayward Hellhole! Filthy, disgusting unit. Took 2 hours after our arrival to be let in. No on-site host. No listed amenities (no towels, no sheets, not even toilet paper!!). No sheets on old and badly stained mattress. Located in partially abandoned house with no exterior lighting and overgrown yard with broken pavement path. Bugs. Filth. So bad that we left wthin 20 minutes of being let in and the corporate property manager has promised a full refund. (Vrbo is stalling on refunding its fee because our pictures do not show absolute proof of bedbugs)."

"The two star rating is all because of the shower and bathroom. The fridge was very old as well. It was a very small premises and the shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The cleanliness was average."

"The house is tucked away near the end of a cul-de-sac, so it was super quiet with no through traffic. The neighborhood felt really safe and family-friendly, which we appreciated. The house itself was very spacious, and if you have little ones they have a bunch of toys and books to help keep them busy! "
