"I am disaapponted on my stay because there is a bed bug that bitten me and I did not have a good sleep at all.The room smells and exhausr fan is not working in the washroom.I told the receptionist about the bugs but I get no good response from her to to address the issue.Unprofessional staff and worst experience ever.If possible I want some refund on my money!"

"We are a family of five and booked 3 rooms and it was NOT a good experience. It started when we first walked in. The lobby is unclean and there were no staff at the counter. When we went up to the rooms it had a smell and wasn't the cleanest. The next day one of us woke up to bed bugs!! Of course we told the staff but it seemed like no surprise to them. They're probably used to getting this complaint. Honestly it was a disgusting experience and I would never go again. At least they returned the pay for that one night though. My advice, don't book a room here unless you want ned bugs up your a$$. "

"Well maintained and charming old hotel. Comfortable bed, views, storage, wet/dry bar. Loved the spa type shower and high end toiletries. But, above anything else, the staff in both the hotel and restaurant (Brassiere 701) deserve special recognition. From top to bottom everyone was extremely well trained, professional, accommodating and most of all friendly (everything done with a smile which should brighten anyone’s day). I would not hesitate to stay here again and am already planning a family trip here. Oh. And I almost forgot, the location is awesome. Very walkable for plenty of sight seeing, shopping and dining (at all levels). "
