Inside your condo, a chic studio layout features ample natural light, updated wood floors and countertops, and a smart TV. A well-equipped kitchenette provides a sink, mini-fridge, two-burner hot plate, and microwave. Handy gadgets include a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and toaster.

Your charming studio also boasts a prime location. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing on nearby Lake Oconee. Or take an invigorating hike through the Oconee National Forest. The shops, restaurants, and museums of downtown Eatonton are a short drive away.

This condo is only accessible via stairs.
The balcony is shared with the adjacent villa, which may be occupied during your stay.
Community amenities (pool, golf course, restaurant, etc.) are only available to members of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. They will not be available to Vacasa guests.
If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting one or all of the other three condos in this villa - there is one more on the top floor and two on the ground floor.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
