"Overall an excellent experience. Great location, room was nice, modern and clean. Staff was welcoming, parking easy. Only complaint on checkout was a new front desk reception who did not know or check that prior staff had extended my checkout time by an hour and very rudely called my room - no hello - just it’s 11am. After explaining front desk had extended my checkout, she rudely just hung up on me with no comment and no apologies or goodbye. That employee needs better training. "

"This pet friendly stay was great! Sean was a warm and friendly host. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place."

"Great property and my grandson is learning to swim because of him enjoying the indoor pool! Though the breakfast buffet looked and smelled great, without the list of everything in the cooked items, those of us with allergies can't eat them. There's also plenty of fake coffee cream, but no proper half and half or whole milk, as again, there are additives from the processing of all other real milk products. "
