"We were upgraded to a corner double queen suite. The staff is always wonderful. Very convenient walk to Manchester Music Hall next door. "

"Our bed was broken but it was so late and we were tired when we discovered it. The next morning my husband told the manager and upon receiving the information the manager asked if we were in rm 324. When my husband said "yes" the manager stated they know amd have a new frame but didnt get around to switching them out. Why would you allow this room to be rented out knowing the bed is beoken and then not telling us when we checked in"

"The pool was closed 😫. When i rented my stay i was not aware the pool was closed. would have been nice to get a heads up. The kids were disappointed."

"The pool was closed by authorities because of unsafe conditions. The house emergency phone in the hallway didn't work. And the room key card system was not properly functioning. Room card keys didn't work until the system was corrected. A daylight savings time change issue."

"I had no control over the temp in the room and there were no blankets on the bed. The hairdryer needed cleaning and smelled like burnt hair when I turned it on. The nightstand plug didn't work unless the light was on. I didn't find that out until this morning when my phone battery was at 20%. The bed was comfortable other than not having blankets."
