"For the price, we expected a little more. The food was not good, for any of the meals for the price. Regular hotels offer a better continental breakfast. The meat with lunch/dinner was over cooked and looked like it came from a frozen bag. The vegetables didn't even taste good, very bland. It was like they are just cutting costs with no thought to the taste. With the beautiful view in the dining room, you would think they would at least clean the windows. That doesn't cost much. It just seems like they don't care if the guests are happy or not. I love the park and will probably go back but will probably get a cabin and bring our own food next time."
"This is the nicest Kentucky state resort we have stayed at and we have been to several. All rooms are clean with a wonderful view from the balcony. Friendly staff and good food. Many things to do in the park and nearby. Highly recommend. "
"Great stay,the beds were super comfortable,the room was cleaner than most hotels we've stayed at. The house keepers do a great job. The GM even sold me a new pillow to take home because they are so comfortable that my husband wanted his own at home. Definitely would stay there again "
