「Check in credit card reader had issues. Clerk answered phone call in the middle of assisting us which made our checkin time longer. Room was generally clean. Bathroom needed improvements. Holes in wall where old curtain hanger was placed. 」

「There is smoking allowed in the Casino, yet it didn't smell of smoke, which can be very annoying for me. Hardly noticed it..」

「Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

「Pool is open late, had great service, and could order pizzas late atnight from the front desk. Very good stay for parents with a group of teeneage boys.」

「Staff always welcoming, always clean,always soft comfy bedding, big soft towels. Big tv nice as well」
