"Usually stay here, rooms are nice with the odd fault from time to time. Would be nice if they had bottles of water in the room. The thing that annoys me, and I think I've finally had it, is the gym times. Get in from a days work, just want to do an hour or two. Closes at 8, last admission at 7, and they chuck you out by 7.40. So realistically I get 40 minutes at best, and that's just pointless, especially when comparing to other hotels when they close at 10 or have 24 hour unattended."

"We were very dissatisfied, the bar area was was dirty, I asked for a 125ml of wine but was given far more- dangerous! We had to ask for the table to be wiped, the menu was not suitable as we only wanted a light snack ahead of an early morning start. The room was dominated by a drinks fridge that every so often would make a shel noise and rubble, waking us up frequently. "Nice breakfast but options of eggs would be nicer than just fried. Great to have a spa but is heavily used and busy at key hours. Room nice and quiet. Staff helpful and friendly "

"Didn't have a spa so couldn't say. But the staff were really good especially Kirstie at breakfast. She sorted my gluten-free breakfast out for me which was very tasty. Bed's were really comfortable so had a lovely sleep for journey next day. Nice hot shower. Couldn't fault the Hotel. "
