「Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

「Not bad as some reviews, middle aged gentleman was friendly and guided me to the other building. He even showed me how to get to the nearest local bus stop for the next morning (I didn't take it after all, though). £13 for taxi from Stansted airport and £11 for easy bus to the airport. Local bus, Harlow is also available with much cheaper fare as £3.5 it seems. However next time I would choose earlier flight and rush to the destination considering the time and cost for one night, it's not worth...

「When I arrived a guy told me where to Park as I didn’t request parking on the booking as I didn’t want to pay for parking which was going to cost me £10. Then this morning got an email suggesting I owe £10 for parking. Which I will not be paying.!」

「Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

「The property was clean. George and Jordan were very welcoming. There was a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast. Parking is free. We were really happy with our king room, there is a shower, toilet, sink and bath in our room. The bedroom is very big, wardrobes. Two very Happy customers and will definitely be back there again.」
