Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!」

「Beautiful cottage which has been tastefully restored and is spotless. It is right beside the footpaths into the Chatsworth Estate so there are beautiful walks from the doorstep. Baslow is a thriving village with plenty of places to eat. There is a lovely outdoor space but because of the layout of the other cottages it is very overlooked. Worth knowing but still a 5 star cottage.」

「The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future.」

「This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....
