Disliked: Cleanliness
The rooms should have more towels and a little bit cleaner
This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Highly recommend!
The staff really makes this property! I would highly recommend for that alone but love my stays at ICC. Easy, well located and impeccable service. The food and beverage deserves a special recommendation as a team!
Great hotel on the water but made better by wonderful staff- whether its Anita, Paul or Pumelo at the bar or the amazing front desk team, or the breakfast hosts- this hotel does great staff very well. Very friendly and also accomodating.
The check in was not nice at all. I arrived early and there was no attempt to give an early checkin. I came back an hour after checkin and I still had to wait. Then, after having been issued my room, I was met at my door by a staff member who informed me my room had been changed. -- Finally get our room and the aircon would not work. Staff finally came after some time, "fixed" it but it never worked well. We were also told there would be a buffet served in the restaurant, for which my family waited until 18:30 to try to only be told there was no buffet.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Decent place; Service requires in person requests
Breakfast was great! The staff were generally kind and most responsive when we made the trip to speak to them personally. We had a number of issues that required attention - doors that wouldn't lock, TV that didn't work, someone entering our room because it had been assigned twice. We enjoyed time by the pool and asked for drinks but did not get a response until once again flagged down the staff. Overall decent place with service that requires in person requests and follow up.
I paid for dinner buffe and the people who are working in the restaurant were fetching food for them selv, and a little kaos. They wre eating with us, something that is uprofetoinal..
I had to to take a cold shower after calling reception reporting that the water is cold and was promised that someone is on the way to fix the problem. After waiting for more than an hour, I realised I was getting late for my flight.
Amazing, very clean. Only thing is the iron that you have to go to an ironing lobby can’t get an iron to the room. Probably one of the best Hotels I’ve been to 👌
Firstly, main hotel entrance blocked off, informed by security guard to use entrance of adjoining hotel to arrive at our hotel. This required navigating heavy traffic, packed streets to travel back around the block.
Why couldn't the hotel have notified us prior to arrival.
Secondly, receptionist totally uninterested when we checked in, only words uttered were hello, sign here and then handed us the room key.
No directions to room, this hotel is not easy to navigate. No details regarding meal times and general information etc.
Wanted to go for a promenade walk only to find that the front gate was closed to pedestrians also, had to use car entrance of the adjoining hotel to leave and return. Why couldn't the receptionist have informed us of this when checking in? Not interested that's why.
Thirdly, the room didn't have a directory of hotel information etc other than a room service menu.
Finally, the aircon didn't function properly, couldn't cool the room. Also the shower stall is tucked away in the corner of the bathroom with no light fitting close, virtually showering in the dark. Phoned reception from the room but call not answered.
Couldn't wait to leave this hotel after an uncomfortable warm night.
