Well provisioned kitchen. Gorgeous neighborhood. CONS: I thought I was booking a garden level space, but it turned out as 4 flight of stairs. Building light on soundproofing, but fellow renters were quite at night."

"There are TV's in the rooms, walls are a lil thin and it echoes a little. There are very limited parking an none of its free but there are some cool places within walking distance if you don't plan on driving around seattle"

"We reserved this condo to sleep six the couch bed did not have a bed inside of it. There was zero parking there the property the phone number they gave me to reach management did not work air conditioners suck wasn’t happy with the experience."

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
