「Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. 「I knew Hamptons housing would be pricey, and the location, about 20 minutes from the venue I was visiting for a music show, was the main draw. I requested an early check in due to a meeting and was told the host would follow up. They never did, even after I sent a follow-up message. I understand early check in isn’t guaranteed, but I would have appreciated some communication either way.I returned in the evening to find some things out of place, a TV with no signal, and blinds that wouldn’t close...
