「Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommend this condo. Ubers are plentiful and very affordable and super easy with the Uber app. Thank you Maria for hosting us and hope to stay at your lovely casa again.」

「Great for families!! Loved the ground floor condo and how the beach is right by the pool. My kids were back and forth all day. Beautiful sunrises and it’s fun to watch the boats go out in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The restaurant is absolutely delicious and we got drinks all day from the swim up bar. We will be back cause the place is so special!!」

「We stayed at this location for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were a party of 2 retired couples and having 2 master bedrooms with full ensuites were perfect. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfy and the linen were of good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this location.」

「Girls weekend! Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. Bedding super comfortable. Gorgeous views. We saw lots of whales from the balcony. Peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe. Easy walk downtown. Johel was very friendly and responsive. Cons: driving is scary in SJDC. Walk if you can. Hot tub wasn’t very warm. No basic kitchen ingredients, but then again we didn’t order groceries as offered by Johel. The WiFi on the tv didn’t work.」

「You can’t beat a condo near the beach, just steps from a nice restaurant, beach, and swimming pool. As part of the hotel, there are many typical hotel amenities, but add kitchen, living area, and separate bedrooms — and this was perfect for our family of four.
