「Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

「We recently stayed here for our annual guys weekend and the house had everything we were looking for to have a great weekend. The house was clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities needed. Ryan and Kiki are great hosts. The communications with them was easy and prompt, and the instructions they left were clear and detailed. We also loved the easy access to hiking and fishing. 「Beautiful home and stay. Felt like they owners thought of everything.Everything was clean. We did find a toe nail and a used Qtip on the ground. But other then that is was a beautiful few days. We walked on the trails and went back to a cozy, tiny home. :)」

「Great place to stay!! We walked to multiple bars/restaurants, stores, and activities. Parked the truck when we got there and didn't need it until it was time to go home. Keep in mind you'll need to navigate plenty of stairs, but so quiet and relaxing being elevated above the busy street activities below. Easy check in, super clean, plenty of kitcken gadgets and linens. 」
