Enjoy a gently sloped lot with easy access to the water and beautiful sand-bottom swimming frontage, perfect for relaxing lakeside days

Wake up to serene lake views and enjoy your morning coffee while watching golfers play through on the 1st fairway of the Eagle River Golf Course, right outside your window. Eagle River Golf Course is just a walk across the street to their clubhouse to start your round of golf. Spend your days boating, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, or swimming in the clear Northwoods waters—your private dock gives you easy access to it all. Enjoy access to the provided water sports toys, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe.

Inside, the main floor offers an expansive 3,444 square feet of open-concept living. The gourmet kitchen flows into a formal dining room and a light-filled sunroom that showcases stunning water views, with a double-sided fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance. Each of the four spacious bedrooms on the main level features its own private en-suite bath, creating a luxurious and restful retreat for every guest. The finished lower level adds another 3,085 square feet of entertainment space, complete with a custom wet bar, a large recreation room, and two additional bonus sleeping rooms—ideal for hosting or relaxing after a day on the lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A place to make memories!

I hosted a family reunion of 22 family members. This house had all the accommodations to allow us to all socialize, play cards/family games, relax and make some amazing memories. It is on the chain in an area where there’s not as much traffic on the lake as some other areas, but still close enough to be able to take a boat to get something to eat or catch some sun or spend the day at the sandbar. We rented jet skies from a local place and was able to dock them here. This place was everything we could have asked for. Thank you to the Vacasa Team!
