Let Base Camp Eagle River be the starting point for all of your Eagle River adventures! This small but cozy house is located less than a half mile from the T-Dock Public boat landing (your gateway to the famous Eagle River chain of lakes), Eagle River City Beach on Silver Lake, Trees for Tomorrow environmental education center and, in the winter, the ice skating rink. Downtown Eagle River is only a mile away!

This budget-friendly home invites you to kick back and relax in the pleasant living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies while munching on the snack of your choice. Surprise your beloved family and friends with tasty treats and homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. It's complete with everything you need - a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher!

This air-conditioned home away from home features two cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a CordaRoy beanbag chair that converts to a bed in the sunroom. Additional perks include on-site parking and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
