"We really enjoyed the resort. The pools were amazing. Food was overall pretty good. The entertainment was confusing as things did not start on time or at all. One day there were fireworks that appeared to be on resort and there was no advertisement for that. The beach chair covers need replaced. The rooms were roomy and clean!"

"Grest location. Food was excellent. Beautifully view. Walking distance to restaurants if you do not want to eat at the hotel. Free airport shuttle. Very accommodating staff. Elevator is a bit slow. House keeping just needs to make sure the right amount of towels and washcloths are in place. "

"First, thank you to Stephany at the front desk for her kindness, making our check in process smooth, and helping us make up for lost time celebrating my birthday. We lost a day and a half of our trip due to a cancelled JetBlue flight and she hooked us up with an awesome room upgrade. We had a good stay overall but the property is definitely dated and cleanliness could be better. The hallways to the rooms smell like wet carpet, it's gross. The carpets are also constantly dirty, also pretty gross. The grounds by the pool area were filthy and both the pool floor and water were dirty. Thank goodness for access to the Riu Palace- their brand new pool was pristine. The beach access was great, although we got no food or drink service there. The food was also very good, no complaints there. Big shoutout to John- one of the kindest and most attentive servers we have ever come across. Meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. He gave us so much information about the resort and the island. He is so knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. Please give him a much deserved promotion!!!"

"Amazing place to stay! Just note there is a road between the beach and the property, but they have a tunnel that links them, which is safe, well lit and cheerful. Also drivers stop for pedestrians if you decide to cross at the road. It’s only one lane per direction. Breakfast was amazing, and they even have afternoon snacks of chips, salsa, cheese, and fruits at 5pm, plus two free drinks tickets per adult meal each day."

"I want to say as soon as I reached the hotel, I was speechless. it was big. very very big, very well-maintained and it had all amenities. there were 5 pools!! not kidding. and a deadly- i mean fun, snake slide that launches you high to your doom- I mean to the sky. And the food was heaven. it was amazing and superrr unhealthy. the service was good and I enjoyed eating a gigantic slice of chocolate cake and chocolate muffins every day. be careful, no matter how much you try, you WILL gain weight.... I warned you ...but otherwise the food was amazing and you want to keep going back for more. The Italian dinner was also amazing. when I went to the beach, the best part was drinking a kid cocktail which was refreshing. the Waterpark was super fun and closes really fast ( because you have so much fun) ."
