"Great stay"

"As a working professional and traveling on business, I wish the hotel had some simple amenities in the room like a toothbrush, shower cap and a box of tissues. There were none. Having the metal stools as side tables was truly tacky. There should also be some more hangers for clothes. There were only 4 in the room. I would not recommend staying there. Was very pricey and not in a good location. It’s not walkable to anything."

"The room layout is great with plenty of space. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help."

"I have a knee problem and for our stay the elevators were not working on our floor and we had to walk and take the stairs which was a hassle"

"Do not stay at this hotel if there is a convention or exhibition at Messe Düsseldorf. The from desk did not have enough staff to handle a full hotel."

"Great location, walking distance to DUS airport terminal and the S line station. The hotel is really well maintained and offers several choices of restaurant. Also convenient is a Rewe market inside the airport, so you can grab food and drinks for cheap if you want to eat at your room. I was there for business, more specifically for an exhibition at Messe Dusseldorf and a shuttle bus was available to go to the exhibition place and back also from the airport, at 4-5 minutes of walk."

"I chose this property because a pool and fitness area were high on our priority list. However, the lack of transparency around pricing was disappointing. There was no information online indicating that these facilities were subject to an extra fee, and we were only notified at check-in. Given that our stay cost £500 for two nights, I believe it is fair to expect gym and pool access to be included. I would strongly urge management to make these surcharges clear at the time of booking."

"Very attractive location a couple feet off Koenigsallee in “Little Tokyo” . Breakfast/Bar/Lounge with a view on the 11th floor . Rooms with a touch of Japan - interesting shower/bathroom-combination. Lobby with cafè/bar, souvenir and barber shop . "
