Zimmer und Betten sauber und ok. Toilette könnte sauberer sein aber war auch nicht schlimm. Mitten im japanischen Viertel. Essen und shoppen ist hier also super Parkplatz schwierig da Zufahrt auf Breite von 2 Meter breiten Autos beschränkt. In der Garage selbst ist es auch eng, es stehen nicht viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung und man muss dann wieder durch die enge Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben uns nicht getraut und sind in ein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Kostet dort eben extra. Fur unsere zwei Tage aber ok. Im Hotel gobt es kostenlosen Kaffee und die Angestellten waren nett zu uns.

Zimmer sauber und zum Hof hin ruhig gelegen. Frühstück leider absolut nicht Stand der heutigen Zeit. Brötchen, wenn man sie so bezeichnen möchte, wabbelig. Aufschnitt Discounterware. Alles sehr lieblos angerichtet, so dass man ständig irgend etwas suchen muss. Das ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten gute Lage des Hotels

Das Hotel incl. der Ausstattung waren echt gut, auch die Lage ist in absolut Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist allerdings spartanisch, die Brötchen waren nicht gut.

bonne localisation, calme de la chambre. il y a un parking mais entrée très petite casi impossible pour un SUV. parking public à 200m 10€ la nuit. le petit déj à 14.50€ un peu cher mais bien fourni. télécommande TV avec piles usées. pas de chaîne Française à part tv news. sinon pour Düsseldorf dans la moyennes des prix de cette catégorie. paiement débité avant mon arrivée malgré ce qui était prévu à la réservation; pas normal.

The front disk was disrespectful and rude. Once I got there was a little bit earlier and he ask me to leave and come back to the hotel on time. He didn’t even offer me to stay inside the hotel and either offer me coffee or tea. After I came back to the hotel to check in he send me to a room was not ready and then he send me to another room and also wasn’t ready. By the way his name is Shukry. I will never go to this hotel again and also I do not recommend it to anyone unless Shukry leave the front disk because he’s inexperienced!

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer bekommen klein gemütlich warm hat alles gepasst ich war zum ersten Mal 4 Sterne mit Tee mit Wasser alles cool alles gut alles dufte war über Silvester da ansonsten habe einmal dort gefrühstückt weil es mir persönlich zu teuer war 14,50€ pro Frühstück pro Person

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Die Lage unweit der Innenstadt ist top. Zimmer war ansich okay, Boden war allerdings nicht wirklich sauber. Auch wäre etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit wünschenswert. Im Bad gab es auch keine Ablagefläche. Ansonsten war das Bad sauber und ordentlich. Die Lampe am Bett funktionierte nicht. Das Bett ansich war bequem, allerdings hat man sich beim Kopfschmerzen Nackenschmerzen geholt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen. TV und WLAN funktionierten. Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, wie ich leider zum wiederholten Mal festgestellt habe.

Very well located

The hotel is fine, very well located close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The problem for us was the not so friendly staff and the room. It was right beside the lift, so very noisy and it had a funny smell. Apart from that, everything was fine.
