「Unfortunately the internet was down so it was affecting the check in process and also the fact we couldn't watch any TV. Speaking of TV... the bedroom size was probably a 24" which I found absolutely ridiculous so I guess it was a blessing that there wasn't internet service! Lol
The smoke detector began to beep around 10p so that was definitely not a good nights sleep.
The office staff was incredible knowing that their hands were tied on what they could do.

「The room was equipped for my stay. Clean and quiet. More of an air b&b. I don’t have any complaints but the TV. I could not get any local channels to come up. I feel like there should be some channels and you should not have to watch your own YouTube or Netflix.」

「Room was exactly as advertised and very well appointed. Electronic doorknobs take some getting used to and instructions on their use could be better (saw another couple trying to get into their room with similar issues....with a DIFFERENT type lock)
