This was a five star stay for me. Spacious room, high ceiling, nice, updated bathroom, a lovely kitchenette with all the essentials. A bountiful breakfast was included in the price of the stay, an incredible value. The staff were uber welcoming and kind. Check-in was a breeze. Parking on site.

Property was lovely but room was extremely warm, as we stayed on the top floor the windows only opened an inch or so, therefore there was no way at all to cool the room down. The parking is a nightmare, there is not enough spaces and the parking is shared with a restaurant so very busy at the weekend.

Quirky building. Suites very well appointed and comfortable. Short walk to city centre and close to bus station. Breakfast was adequate.

Lovely and clean

Lovely property, spotless and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Comfy beds and a lovely big shower. Conveniently located for walking etc. Very small and congested parking, a bit of a cheek asking for 12.50 pounds a night!

Lovely stay in Dundee

Accomodation was lovely but couldnt get booked into restaurant for dinner. Staffing problem I think!! Also not clear what happened to the social hour as advertised. Didnt seem to be on.

Excellent value, fantastic rooms with high vaulted ceilings. Top modern kitchen equipment. Super comfortable beds with real duvets. Kind, helpful staff and a good breakfast included. We loved it and will come back.

Great value for money my suite had a kitchen/ sitting area and en-suite. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery etc and was very tidy and clean on arrival. Room was quiet at night and a very comfy bed, would definitely stay again

Everything good apart from a noise from the AC area which kept us awake all night We had a 200 mile journey the next day, not ideal after having no sleep
