The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The outdoor trash and recycling bins are located at the bottom of the stairs.
Turn off all heating sources including electric fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Large oven is functional however the door heats up more than usual. Unsafe for pets/kids especially. So we have a small toaster oven for safer use.
Shovelling the staircase that is used to access the rental unit is the responsibility of the renter, shovel will be provided during the snowy season.
Pets: they must be house trained, non destructive, no excessive noise. Renter is responsible to pick up after their pet while on the property.
