It has good amenities: TV Washing machine/dryer, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle etc, however cleanliness is lacking - it could do with a deep clean."

"Room did not meet the photos at all! The fridge was off therefore no milk to make a beverages. The manager was excellent and dining staff were very friendly and helpful, our meal was good quality."

"Great 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly. Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it."

"When i called the day prior regarding check in there was no notice that our accommodation had changed to another site, it was only when we arrived late in the day that we realised. With 3 young kids we felt we had no option but to stay. All the parking was full so we couldnt park near our room. All could be forgiven with a good nights sleep. Unfortunately there was someone banging on doors and yelling all night frightening my kids and keeping us awake. The only positives was that check in and...
