This is a great place - bus stop for #4 to old town right out front and sunset beach just down the road as are shops and restaurants - uber is cheap and short ride to old town and then you come back and relax awwy from the crowds - host is excellent and friendly! Loved the stay!

Lovely Stay in Dubrovnik

Beautiful location with water views. Two blocks to beach. Close to shops/banks/restaurants. Large, comfortable apartment. Easy check in/check out. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great stay in a nice loft apartment, gorgeous view from the patio. Host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. Walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay again. Very nice stay in Dubrovnik and a big part of that was this apartment. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place with easy access to the ocean and the old town.

The owner is amazing. Explained us the the area. Location is amazing. It’s 3 minutes to the beach. Grocery store 5 min. Bus to the town is 1 minute and coming back it stops literally in front of the apartment. We are making arrangements to come back next year. Reminder: since it’s and apartment please make sure you have your own shampoo, etc. Toilet paper and towels are provided. You need your own beach towels or you can get them at the local souvenir store. We love the place, rental car is on the corner.

We loved our stay at Nikola apartment. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and not too far from the old town of Dubrovnik. About 10 minute with Uber ( around 7 euros). The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived giving us many tips about the city. In brief, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this place if you do not want to stay inside the old town.

Nikola is a very kind & helpful owner. Hd went out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very convenient location for the bus to the Old Town of Dubrovnik & the port - it stops right outside the apartment. Sunset Beach, is a beautiful location & is a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is full of restaurants, shops (clothing etc) & there is kids play equipment in the water. The sunset is superb. Supermarket is just down the lane from the apartment which was basic but had all that we needed. The beds were acomfortable & the shower hot. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. We enjoyed it very much & will always have fond memories of our stay.

Wonderful apartment in Lapad

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.

Nikola is a wonderful host and the apartment is huge for two people. All the appliances were working. They have an insuite laundry and basic cooking appliances and utensils. No 4 bus is frequent and can get you to old town in 20 minutes. Nikola's airport transfer is cheaper than Uber and reliable. I would definitely stay here during my next visit.

I recommend this property. The location is great and is right on the bus line for the route that goes to Old Town (bus stops directly in front of the entrance. Within walking distance is grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is nice, clean and well stocked with everything you will need. Nikola is on-site and ready to assist and answer questions and can arrange airport transportation. Again, HIGHLY recommend!

This apartment house is located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik and exceptionally convenient - City Bus (Line #4) stops right in front of it and not only can you go to the famous City Walls in 10 minutes using the Bus, many restaurants, pubs, local supermarkets and Sunset Beach are all in short walking distance. The apartment itself has 2 floors, and is well furnished and clean. The owner, Nikola, is very friendly and accommodating: he has replied to my queries in kind and professional manner and gave me lots of tips that were valuable in getting around in Dubrovnik. Great place. Highly recommended.

Nicola was a great host. He met us late at night due to our flight arriving late. He gave us good directions and recommendations. The apartment was located very conveniently to the beach and the bus li e to go to the Old City. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were happy about onsite laundry and air conditioning. The apartment is not well equipped for cooking but we didn’t need it to be. We only needed the beer to be cold, and it was! Nicola even gave us a cold beer from his own fridge when we had arrived after a long travel day. I would definitely recommend Nikola’s apartment.
