The staff was exceptional and the location and history could not be beat. The staff was so warm and friendly, and they were very helpful in planning for our limited time in Dubrovnik. I would definitely stay at Hotel Stari Grad again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

The car service to and from the hotel was expensive and worked perfectly. We had several issues, they changed our room reservation and we got a tiny room on the 4th floor, didn’t even had a chair to sit on. The safe didn’t work, the TV only worked on and off, the shower didn’t drain and they should not advertise having a Lobby Bar, there is son Lobby to speak of, just a wide hallway with 2 small tables and chairs

From first arriving to my departure all team members were very attentive. The room was lovely and for me being solo made me so relaxed. I even had a tasting dinner on the rooftop. Food was excellent. If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I would make this a stay again.

The hotel is a very pretty small boutique hotel just inside the old town walls. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Our room with the roof top Terrance was nice but down the street in another building. And unfortunately it was too hot to use the terrace. Could have used some umbrellas . Also the loud music from a store below our room blasted from 7am to 11pm…could hear it through the very thick walls…asked to turn it down a bit but did not. Overall the staff was amazing and the dinner for 8 at their roof top restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommended. Would stay again but choose our room more carefully. Nice if you want to stay in old town close to walking around

A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift.

The hotel is well located, close to the entry gate. It is very clean and the room was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Staying here was a great experience.

Perfect stay in Old Town Dubrovnik

Perfect hotel in Old Town Dubrovnik for our 3-day stay. The hotel is perfectly located minutes to everything, rooms were clean & updated & the service was wonderful. Agon was very helpful and kind along with everyone else.

BEWARE of the 10% “Service Charge” on your entire bill. Was shocked to see this with no good explanation. Appears to be a money grab by the hotel on top of the fees for insurance and city tax. Staff were very friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and way too many stairs for our liking.

This place was an incredible place to stay! The staff were next level. Super helpful, kind, and knew all the best places! Dinner at Above 5 was spectacular and the perfect way to kick off our trip. Don’t forget to book a massage!

Beautiful property. Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful terrace/restaurant on the roof top where breakfast is served with panoramic views of the old city! Just beautiful.

This is an exceptional hotel and worth its steep price tag. You will not find a better location in the Old Town. Wonderful staff; wonderful service. Bar cocktails are ridiculously good from the house mixologist.
