We stayed here upon our arrival into Croatia and it was in a beautiful location, nice view, spacious and clean. The host was helpful, however it was a little isolated from accessing food/restaurants as we did not have a car.

Outside Dubrovnik by a reasonable margin to avoid the driving traffic, but still easy access to the city. Loved the small kitchen area, the size/space of the place--especially for two people--and the outside balcony sitting area with a wonderful view of the bay. Getting up angle of the driveway from the road was difficult if coming from the direction of the city. Would have enjoyed having at least a hot plate for coffee/tea in the room. As is, we made due with heating water from a pot on the stove. Providing coffee/tea and soap for the bathroom would have have been nice, but not essential.

Vue superbe sur la mer, l’appartement pourrait être parfait, MAIS pas de draps de lit, cuisine équippée mais pas de bouilloire, ni micro-onde, ni machine à café. Pour les draps de lit nous les avons demandés et nous avons reçu deux draps pour un lit simple alors que nous avions un lit double!!!!!

Nous avons été surpris de l'état des lieux en fonction de l'évaluation faite sur le site de réservation. Les chaises sur le balcon était défoncées, la cuisine n'offrait pas beaucoup de couverts. La cafetière avait au moins 3 mois de poussière et il n'y avait pas de bouilloire. Les meubles étaient abimés et la literie presque inexistante. Le seul point possible, la vue sur la mer.

Vue splendide sur Dubrovnik. Studio spacieux. Équipement de base pour la cuisine qui gagnerait à être renouvelé (couverts, assiettes et verres). Parking au pied de l'appartement appréciable. Gros bémol hélas concernant la piscine. Celle-ci est impraticable et abîmée, et sans doute depuis un moment. C'est très décevant quand on réserve en plein été une location avec piscine et que l 'on placé devant le fait à l'arrivée. Pas de contact direct avec les loueurs pendant le sejour.

Nice apartment, poor communication

The apartment was great with lovely views. We arrived on time but there was nobody to let us in or even explain which apartment it was as there were lots of other apartments with the same name. We finally found a young man who was working on a boat and fortunately had the hosts phone number so was able to let us in. Another couple who arrived later had the same problem. The number we were given by Hotels.com was for Hotels.com, who said they didn't have a number for the hosts. As I said, the apartment was really nice with comfy bed, lovely and quiet with great private parking. To eat or shop you need to go into Dubrovnik which shouldn't be a problem as you must have transport to stay there.

Wonderful view from apartment

The apartment is 10mins drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. So we needed to take an Uber into town every time to access stores and restaurants. Uber eats do not deliver to this location. The view from the apartment is beautiful day and night. You can hire boats from just 2mins walk away. There is a secluded beach within a 10mins walk called Plaža Lozica. We particularly enjoyed this spot as it is a tranquil beach quite far away from the usual busyness of beaches elsewhere. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable and only really accommodated someone who is a little light weighted. The Air Conditioner wasn't as effective in maintaining cooler temperatures especially during the thick heat during midday. Everything else in the accommodation was great. There were sufficient utensils in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the location is once again beautiful.

Surkea paikka

Kokemus oli järkyttävä. Uima-allas oli tyhjänä koko ajan. Aurinkotuoleja pyydettiin, huomenna oli aina vastaus. Suurin osa lampuista rikki, huomenna korjataan. Ovea ei meinannut saada auki eikä kiinni, huomenna korjataan. Sähköpisto rasiat oli lähteä irti, yhdessä ei ollut kantta, erittäin vaarallinen. Televisio ei toiminut, oli varmaan 1980 luvulta, huomenna korjataan. Wifi yhteys ilmainen, ei toiminut. Hotellilla on uimaranta,aurinkotuoleineen. betoni kaistale jossa ei ollut aurinkotuoleja. Ainoa positiivinen asia oli näkymä.
