Luxurious apartment, offering great views on the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum, and the Dubrovnik city highlights. With a spacious living space, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two spacious terraces, the apartment offers the perfect stay for families, friends and digital nomads.
Modern new spacious condo with fabulous views, easy access and centrally located in Dubrovnik city. it has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area with two big terraces. It's ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4, though 1 extra person can sleep on the convertible sofa/bed. The apartment has an easy access by elevator and it's centrally located in Dubrovnik city with fitness in the nearby hotel, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, a pebble beach and the historical city centre in 25 minutes easy walking. For longer stays over one month we give special reductions, as the place is ideal for digital nomads.
From the apartment the historical town of Dubrovnik is reachable within 25 min walking distance or by local bus line. The beaches are within 10 min walking, the grocery stores in 5 min and the surrounding Dubrovnik tourist areas (Uvala Lapad) in 15 min walking.
The apartment has its own parking space in the garage and has the elevator arriving directly to the apartment. We offer at extra price excursions, boat trips, transfers, breakfast and grocery shopping

Girls weekend

Stayed for our annual Mum’s weekend away, this apartment was the best we’ve stayed in, in the 9 years of city breaks we have done. Beautiful 5* apartment, modern and tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and all the necessary essentials in the kitchen we needed. Sabine the host couldn’t have been more helpful and easily contactable the entire stay. Will certainly be back, Dubrovnik stole my heart and the apartment is certainly where I’ll look to come back! Thank you x
