Staff were lovely especially Francis the manager she was outstanding. There were nice touches in the room including lovely fluffy towels, rituals product, tea coffee and biscuits and bottles of water. The location is in walking distance of the city centre and is close to the airport.

Everything was great. The restaurant was pricey and had limited selection, but the food was very nice. The room was in great condition and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.
