部屋も広く、清潔でした。朝食が小さな一品が非常に豊富で、いずれも非常にこった料理で、おいしかった。部屋に記念のため持って帰れるテディーベアが置いてあった。毎日フルーツが置いてあり、また出かけ際に水を無料でいただきました。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

不満な点・ウエルカムフルーツが古かったらしく、食べられるものが無かった。・ギフトのワイン（ボトル小）を到着日に飲まず、宿泊二日目に飲もうとしたら、ワイングラスが片付けられてしまっていた。・シャワーの出が悪い。・チェックアウトの際、エキストラベッド＆朝食の支払いがされていないと言われた。エクスペディアで支払い済みの旨伝えても、最初は承知せず、押し問答となったので、エクスペディアからの領収書を出したところ、ようやく再確認し、支払い済みであることが判明。謝罪はSORRYの一言のみ。私にとって、サービスとホスピタリティは見せかけな印象。コストパフォーマンスは悪いと感じた。

心からのおもてなし！

部屋に着くと、支配人のメッセージとウェルカムフルーツ、テディベアが迎えてくれました。ロビーはゆったりと落ち着いた雰囲気で、大人の滞在者が多く、贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。朝食も最高です！

ルレシャトーホテルとしてお勧めします！

到着した時、ウェルカムドリンクとしてのシャンパンもとても美味しいものでした。さらに、部屋にはウェルカムフルーツも用意されてました。室内も掃除がいき届いていて窓枠まで掃除してありました。雰囲気もかなりよくアメニティも充実してましたし、19:30頃も掃除に来て、かわいいぬいぐるみまで置いてありました。食事は夕食も朝食も美味しく、かなりのレベルです。チェックアウト後、預けてあったレンタカーを玄関までまわしてくれてる間も何か飲み物でもとリクエストを聞いてくれました。ルレシャトーホテルとして素晴らしいホテルでした！是非お勧めしますよ！

ゆったり快適に

フレンドリーで丁寧な対応、快適に過ごせた。旧市街までは少し距離があるが、散歩がてら歩くのに丁度良いし、観光客でざわついた感じがなく好ましい。

最高のホテル

今まで宿泊した中で最高点を付けられる対応の良いホテルでした。ホテル到着直後にすぐ出かけなければならず、レセプションに荷物を預けるだけの予定でしたが、戻ると部屋に荷物が運ばれていて嬉しくなりました。レセプションからエレベーターホールに行く途中にあるバーラウンジではピアノ演奏があり、ピアノに耳を傾けながらお酒を楽しむお客様で埋まっていました。部屋もとてもキレイで、メッセージカードもお客さんへの想いが伝わる素晴らしいものでした。朝食のビュッフェも少々高いですが、ゆで卵を頼んだら、殻の剥かれた温泉卵のような半熟状態の物をトーストに乗った状態で持ってきて頂き、黄身もキレイにトーストに吸い込まれ、感動しながら美味しくいただきました。この手間は普通のホテルではとてもじゃないけど出来ないかもしれません。一泊しか予定を入れておらず、長期滞在予定にしておけば良かったと後悔したほどです。またドレスデンを訪れる際には必ず予約したいホテルです。

I enjoyed the European interior and kind services of the hotel. Wifi access was available but not stable. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable though the size of the room was not so big and without bath tub. I don't think the breakfast was worth the price. It might be better to have breakfast at cafe along the Elbe river, with more reasonable price and fantastic river view. The location was good for sightseeing; about 10 minute walk to the old town.

Excellent gorgeous clean beautiful sauna. An unknown gem. Food was stellar down to every detail. Best Weiner schnitzel I’ve ever had. Vesper martini to perfection. Chestnut soup was heaven. Staff is excellent. Room was gorgeous and spacious. Reception desk were friendly but not very knowledge.

Very efficient and friendly staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was a lovely Christmas market just around the corner. The hotel is well situated. You can get a taxi from the airport or take a local train for about 15 minutes and then walk a few minutes to the hotel. The city centre is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast im Hotel Bülow Palais Dresden und haben den Aufenthalt mit allem Drum und Dran sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel, die MitarbeiterInnen und alle Dienstleistungen sind perfekt. Dazu kommt die Lage des Hotels, welche es uns erlaubte, all unsere Wege in der Alt- wie auch Neustadt zu Fuss zu gehen.

it was a very nice, clean hotel with spacious room. the location was excellant. it was close to good restaurants. The bed was extermely comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful. The hotel had lots of character and style. The room decoration was beautiful. Nice touches like fruit plate in room and welcome drink.

A gorgeous hotel in a perfect location in the New Town, just a short (and dramatic!) walk to the Old Town. And the price was very reasonable. We'll be happy to stay here again when in Dresden.

The hotel is in a very quiet area about 10 minutes walk to the old town. We enjoy having dinner at the Spanish restaurant with great tapas next to the hotel. Close by there is a grocery store.

Really nice luxurious room but no hot pot to make coffee in the room. Breakfast good with made to order and buffet. Parking is under the hotel and a bit tight, but manageable. Lobby decor had a "Alice in wonderland" vibe.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Suite mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichhaltig, hier sollte jeder etwas finden. Wir haben es genossen den Tag in der Lounge (Bar) bei Klaviermusik ausklingen zu lassen. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, mit welchen wir Kontakt hatten, waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal in diesem Hotel. A lot of nice little touches. The fresh fruit each day, the breakfast that has ruined me forever as I have never tasted heaven before. The gift of the teddy bear is cute.

Großartiges Hotel mit wundervollem Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Das Personal kümmert sich wirklich vorrauschauend um alles. Sehr einladende Atmosphäre in der Abend-Bar, im Raucherzimmer und im Frühstückssaal. Mein Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren picobello sauber und ich fühlte mich rundherum wohl. Es gab einen kleinen Obstteller und eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung. Frühstück war gut und vielfältig mit frischen Zutaten und teilweise... Ja wie soll ich es beschreiben? Phantasievollen Kreationen? War aber super lecker. Liegt mitten im Zentrum und damit in perfekter Lage zur Erkundung Dresdens. In dem Seitenstraßen kann man parken, aber das Hotel hat auch eine eigene Tiefgarage mit Parkservice. Rundherum toll. Ich komm bestimmt wieder.
