"The unit was not particularly clean -- the wood floors were muddy, the bathroom floor dirty, and under the kitchen sink we discovered a moldy can of tomatoes that was leaking black liquid. There were no working smoke detectors. Also, the only utensils were an assortment of forks, knives and spooons and an egg whisk. Cooking devices were very limited -- 2 pots, one of which was badly burned, 2 skillets and one baking sheet. "
