"Spotless grounds and room, and some really standout differences that set them WAY above your typical hotel room that costs twice as much: heated bathroom floors (genius); upper-level walkway surface is thick fatigue-mat-style foam (or think playground cushioning) so none of the pounding and banging you're used to by every single person who walks past your room (also genius); a dedicated corner area (inside the parking lot, so you don't have to wander into unfamiliar streets looking for a few weeds in the sidewalk cracks) with fake grass and supply of poo bags; and an on-site restaurant that supplies your choice of a list of items that are the hotel's complimentary breakfast - including a huge ham and cheese omelet with delicious hashbrowns and choice of toast and beverage or an amazing breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes and grilled veggies. And if you can't find something on the totally ample list of free "items," you can opt for something else off the menu at a healthy 20% discount. Any downtown hotel can have some noisy folks returning from the very walkable area of shops and pubs nearby, but that was manageable and not sustained; and any downtown hotel can have some parking challenges, but they've made every available nook and cranny into a parking spaces, and it's plenty navigable and safe."
