"Katydid Cottage was the perfect home base for our family over the Fourth of July holiday.Nestled along a peaceful creek in idyllic Warm Springs, the cottage is full of historic charm while being beautifully updated with every modern comfort.The location couldn't be better. It's just steps from a wonderful gallery and café serving coffee and sandwiches, and an easy walk to the Waterwheel Restaurant. Within a short drive are the Warm Springs Pools, Oakley Farm, the charming town of Hot Springs, and The Homestead, with its many activities and amenities.We loved our stay and would absolutely return. We highly recommend Katydid Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in this beautiful part of Virginia."

"The house and host are awesome! Jami and her team are super communicative and helpful. Jami provided a lot of suggestions for our stay which we greatly appreciated, listened to, and had a blast! We have stayed in the area many times now and this house has THE BEST location out of all of the houses we rented coming here. Super close to the pools, the winery, Omni... Amazing, amazing location.The house itself is adorable and super cozy. It has a lot of cute hang out spaces for the family - the fire pit, the beautiful porch, a dining/grilling area out back, a basketball hoop...We are definitely looking forward to returning one day!"
