Really enjoyed my stay at HbHDPs. The room was clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt comfortable and easy from the moment I arrived. The location is great, beautiful area with good restaurant just a walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

Lovely location

Well located hotel right near the beautiful lake. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is very noise proof and quiet when the windows are shut. Would stay again!

Second time my son and I have visited. Love the breakfast, it’s a great place to stay. The staff are considerate and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby and the Phoenix sea makes a nice route for a run early in the morning. The bathroom doors are on rollers and let light through if that’s an issue but other than that would recommend.

Great hotel beside the Phoenixsee. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and is included in the price. Good transport links to Dortmund and other surrounding areas. Special mention should go to the staff who were wonderful. Courteous, helpful, efficient and always with a smile.

Nice hotell, good beds (but only one pillow per person…). Would like to have a fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Some cocktails in the bar would be nice. Overall a nice stay.

Wir haben im Hampton by Hilton Dortmund Phoenix See übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut und ohne größere Beanstandungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Auf Nachfrage haben wir problemlos eine zusätzliche Decke erhalten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – sie waren durchweg extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir außerdem vom Late Check-out um 12 Uhr am Sonntag. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und kam uns zeitlich wirklich entgegen. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gab es beim Housekeeping: Offenbar wurde nicht wirklich oder zumindest nicht hörbar an die Tür geklopft. Ich stand direkt im Flur neben der Tür und habe kein Klopfen wahrgenommen, plötzlich wurde die Tür geöffnet und eine Mitarbeiterin des Housekeepings stand im Zimmer. Das empfand ich in Bezug auf Diskretion etwas unangenehm. Hier wäre es definitiv besser, deutlich lauter anzuklopfen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings nicht besonders umfangreich. Die Auswahl war eher überschaubar und insgesamt wirkte das Frühstücksangebot etwas lieblos, geschmacklich aber vollkommen okay. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, und abgesehen von dem kleinen Punkt mit dem Housekeeping gibt es nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln.
