É um tipo de resort, não tem muita estrutura os quartos, mas não tivemos nenhum problema. Não é silencioso, se você tem problema pra dormir, terá problemas, pois acontece muitas atividades com som que incomodam muito, o lugar é bom e bonito

Personale del front desk gentile ma poco informato. Personale di sala per la colazione un disastro. Scortesi, non puntuali nell'aprire la sala alla mattina, nessun aiuto per dove servirsi, assegnazione dei tavoli inesistente per i clienti con soluzione B&B. Nessuna presenza di un maitre per dirigere le operazioni di set up e accomodamento clienti. Struttura in generale bella ma datata ma solo per famiglie. Stanza molto piccola, letti scomodi, telefono fisso non funzionante, doccia microscopica. La sconsiglio per le coppie. Location molto bella in quanto Cala Gonone è una perla della Sardegna. Grazie per il soggiorno.

Struttura con un ottimo potenziale, panorama fantastico. Gestione pessima. Manutenzione inesistente. Pulizia della camera fatta in modo approssimativo, infatti non si poteva fare a meno di notare polvere su specchi e testata letto, filtri del condizionatore ricoperti da vari strati di polvere. La quantità di ombrelloni a bordo piscina non erano per niente sufficienti a soddisfare tutti gli ospiti. La colazione a buffet era organizzata molto male.

No Covid Complaint, un incubo.

Ci hanno dato una stanza con: - ancora i resti di cibo degli ospiti precedenti - sporca come una bettola - sigarette a terra - mobili distrutti - guasti nel bagno - sicuramente non conformed alle diretto e di igiene Covid. Dopo 1 ora di attesa per il cambiamento di stanza nessuno si è scusato. Un incubo.

Need some improvements.

Location and resort are well connected and looked after. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Common areas are disjointed and not well organised. Overall a good stay, however the rooms need serious update: furniture is outdated, only one plug available in the room, no Wi-Fi, tv didn’t have good reception. For family could be a good place, for young adults a not-too friendly place for a holiday. Pictures on the website are very misleading.

La struttura è datata... e si vede! Le camere sono sprovviste di prese vicino ai comodini! La colazione era pessima, quasi immangiabile. Per fortuna abbiamo speso poco ma non si vale un solo euro in più. Ho sentito molte lamentele da tanti clienti e una volta arrivati è complicato persino trovare la reception, date le scarse indicazioni per chi arriva in macchina. A seconda della strada che si percorre, non ce ne sono! Il resort avrebbe assolutamente bisogno di essere rinnovato. L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è la camera con vista sulla piscina. Di buono c'è però il fatto di poter utilizzare anche i servizi del vicino "Palmasera" e quindi di potersi spostare liberamente da un villaggio all'altro.

Lange Wartezeit beim Check in. Keine Verfügbarkeit von mobilen Koffer Service, Anlage sehr weitläufig, Gepäck musste bergauf selbst geschleppt werden. Leckeres frisches Obst zum Frühstück. Schlechte Auswahl Frühstück Buffet. Abendessen kann für 25 Euro pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Eigene Terrasse. Trotz Animation war es im Zimmer schön ruhig. Kein europäischer vier Sterne Standard. Früherer Check in war problemlos möglich Shuttle Bus zum Strand hat mehrere Stunden Mittagspause. Strand 800 Meter entfernt, Rückweg nur bergauf.

Poor service, old rooms & no WIFI

The rooms are very old, the linen supplied was also very old and the bedding provided was uncomfortable. This resort is hugely grounded and the service was rude. In regards to the service they were rude and unhelpful. We asked them to book a local restaurant for us, bu they replied that they do not book restaurants as they had one in house. The restaurant in house was a crowded buffet, not the food you go to Italy for. Also the website stated that there was wifi available in the rooms, which was not the case. Limited and slow wifi was only available in the common areas, but did not work as there were to many people.

Struttura molto bella, in buona posizione rispetto al lungomare e al porto, da cui è possibile raggiungere in barca una parte di costa meravigliosa. L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, non so se possa aver influito la mia prenotazione tramite expedia e quindi a tariffa scontata. Al check in poche informazioni sui servizi, la camera che mi è stata assegnata, spartana rispetto ad altre, pur essendo comoda perchè vicina ad alcuni servizi, per me che viaggiavo con una bambina era in posizione inadatta: vicina ai negozi e di fronte all'anfiteatro dove si svolgevano gli spettacoli, quindi con continuo via vai (e vociare) di persone, e troppo vicino alla discoteca, che terminava di mettere musica tardi, per quanto riguarda le mie esigenze. Avevo pernottamento e prima colazione, mi era stato detto che avrei potuto prenotare la cena, quando avessi voluto (ovviamente pagando la relativa quota): una sera ho chiesto di poter prenotare la cena per il giorno dopo, mi è stato detto che non accettavano prenotazioni la sera prima, che avrei dovuto prenotare la mattina successiva. Non mi è stata data alcuna motivazione. La mattina dopo alle 9 ho fatto la richiesta di prenotazione ma i posti erano già finiti! L'ultima sera ho chiesto se il giorno dopo potessi fare un late check out, ovviamente pagando una differenza, o utilizzare una camera di cortesia, come mi è spesso capitato in resort 4 stelle. La risposta, negativa, non è stata accompagnata da alcuna parola di cortesia o scuse.
