"Clean, spacious room, good breakfast, convenient location "

"AC did not work 1st night in the bedroom. We reported, They said it was fixed but is still was not. Way too cold & hot. It displayed error on the wall unit. We did not touch it. Room was not made . We had to call 2nd day & it was done around 6 pm. After we returned from work. Carpet was not vacuumed. & had the feeling some pillow cases & cover sheet were not changed. (too wrinkled). Pillows were extremely uncomfortable- no Hilton standards "

"Very average. Property is impressive but rooms are not. Checked in late in the evening. As I was getting ready for bed I checked my patio door only to find that it was open and unable to lock. This was a ground floor room making it unsafe to stay. Had to change room."
