「Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". So we didn't pay enough for a non-pet room. The entire hotel was virtually empty -not a single other person staying there. But they wouldn't move us without a charge.... ridiculous.

「Staff was very friendly, willing to check me in early without notice with an early check in fee. Would definitely stay there again! If you plan on staying long term bring some pots and pans to make better use of the kitchen amenities!」
