The hotel refused to reimburse me, but provided free breakfast for the rest of my stay. The hotel was clean, staff friendly after my initial encounter, and in an excellent location for exploring the city. Unusually strict pool booking procedure bearing in mind there was no one in there?"

"Some reviews say breakfast was the same thing every day but we stayed there for 4 nights and every day there were different foods out. The western options like cereal and toast and waffles were the only things that stayed the same. The location was the best. So close to the green line and an easy access elevator (awesome if you have a pram like we did). Close to the Myengdong markets and Lotte mall for high end shopping."
