Nothing special, old hotel.. Asked for a hairdryer on several occasions but never received. Double room but always 1 small towel. A lot of noise at night.

Air con did not work (broken at 12 degrees c- VERY COLD) & cold shower. Eye glasses still under bed, white sheets very dirty and stained. Pillows very firm and stained. Really horrible cleanliness. I complained at front desk and gave me new room, exactly the same happened. 2 rooms later i got an acceptable room but very shocked at how dirty and broken the hotel was.

Never Stay again in Grand Regency Hotels
Starting from chick in the person there was very slow and he couldn't find our reservation, later on when we went to the room the smoking smell were all over the place even when our room was nonsmoking, and during our stay suddenly room door opened and there was another guest entering the room when we spook to the reception they gave the other guest the same room that we booked, moreover we suffer from food poising after we had denier from the hotel the doctor say that the food you ate was bad. it was very bad experience and I will never go back to the same hotel or any Grand Regency hotels.

Das Hotel hat 2012 ein Certificate of Excellence von Trip Advisor erhalten. Allerdings hat es den Eindruck, dass seither nichts mehr am Hotel gemacht wurde (auch keine Fenster mehr geputzt. Des erste Zimmer war ein "Hasenstall". Man muss sagen, dass man mir nach meiner Beschwerde anstandslos ein grosses executive ZImmer zum gleichen Preis angeboten hat. Das war sehr kulant und 5* wert. Auch spielt die Musik in der Lobby das selbe Lied in Dauerschleife, was einem mit der Zeit schrecklich auf die Nerven geht.

One Bed for 3 Adults
Horrible experience. We have reserved their suite specifically mentioning for 3 adults and we were shocked to see that they have only one double bed available in the room. After a discussion with hotel management, we came to no cost effective solution and 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed.

Good Property but bad service
Good property with bad service. We checked in late night, room was good with great space, however, phone was not charged, had to use toilet phone for connection. For 2 nights 1 day phone was not fixed.

Wen I come to hotel at 3 bm They take my ID & take 300 qr for extra after that thy told me the room it’s not ready and it’s taking 30 minutes to be ready After that I go to take my food and come back at 4 o’clock.
