The staff qere friendly but my room had dirty carpet and noise can be heard through the night making sleeping impossible. The staff were good but i would not recommended thos hotel. The room service itself was awful, tasteless food and trow away of money. The only saving grace is the staff, i wanted to complain and did start too on expedia which is how i booked it but i am solo female traveling i was scared of the reaction and potential backlash.i would never recommend it or book it again.
