Regrettably to say, reservation management is poor
Room was so nice, some noise from the gym has been leaked from ceiling but it bothered me a little. coffee machine doesn't work first night, but they fixed it after my claim. but one thing is extremely bother me, regrettably. I reserved for two nights and made two reservations, one with breakfast and one without breakfast. When I checked in they afford a room for two nights, but at 11:30 a.m. after stayed a night, a staff called me to check out immediately and they were going to afford another room. I rushed to do that but a person at counter nearly cancel my second night reservation. wasted 30 minutes and no apology was given. so I claimed to the hotel group but no answer was given at a week passed.

Great centrally located hotel
Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool. It had everything we needed for our stay and good value for money (compared to West Bay). Everything we wanted to see/visit was within walking distance or accessible via the metro (which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel).

When we booked under 4-5 star this hotel showed up but unfortunately this hotel should under 3 or 3 1/2 star only ! Every day you can smell frying onion or fish from room 😔 They have a small coffee shop at the lobby but every time you had to wait like 20 min till someone showing up 😔 Parking was free but if you were late you can’t park (meaning not enough for guess)😔 I asked since we’re staying more than a week in your hotel give us one of your nice and upper floor (they gave us 3rd) Any how I won’t stay in this hotel any more and I will add my comment under client reviews also so other can read .

Very bad management. Not helpful. Dirty and old rooms. Poor room service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and never going back. This hotel made me not want to come back to Qatar again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Excellent service
We stayed at the Golden Tulip Doha during our 1 night layover on our way to Bali, we didn’t eat at the hotel. However, the service was excellent, they arranged our transportation from and to the airport and a 4 hour tour of the city. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location close to the airport and attractions.

Our entire experience at the Golden Tulip has been amazing from the 1st night through to the last. The staff were all amazing, it has excellent amenities. We got a free room upgrade, which was amazing. The hotel is very child friendly and close to some of the main attractions.

Awesome customer service, great location to walk to shopping and restaurants, safe and quiet. Recommend and would stay again when in Doha. 15 min by Uber from the airport.
