「Excellent hotel. Safe & quiet. Needs tissue box. Needs exhaust fan for bathroom rather than just the window. Perfume in the room is too strong and not needed. Fix the reading light by glass door. Disposable slippers needed as bathroom floor gets very wet and room floor is cold. Bottled water in the room should be provided. 」

「It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of the old town and is a beautifully renovated house with a medieval atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. The service provided by the owner couple was also excellent. We enjoyed freshly cooked, made-to-order...

「We had a lovely stay in the Superior Suite room with sea view. We are a family of three with a five year old child. The room was a lovely size, the staff were fantastic and accommodating. It's a bit of a walk into the town proper, but manageable. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway.」

「An absolutely delightful couple of days staying at the Avalon. Can’t be beat location next to the Street of the Knights and Grand Palace. Staff well all overwhelmingly kind, welcoming and friendly. Sorry to say good bye. Highly recommended. 」

「Right in the heart of Old town Rhodes. Walkable from one marine to another. You can visit all historic monuments and archeological sites on foot. Close to all restaurants. All the way perfect location. Very well maintained authentic medieval property with all new modern amenities inside. Very helpful, proactive and warm staff and owner. Clean, everything is working. 「Really nice place to stay in Old Town, Rhodes at a great price point. Peaceful location just a couple of minutes away from the popular areas. Only minor downside was that the room took a while to cool down in the evening as the air conditioning wasn’t the strongest. Other than that I’d 100% recommend for the price!」
