The place is clean over all! However, the ground floor has different smell due smell of the laundry area. The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Daily breakfast is wonderful!

Traveling through to Alaska in a semi.... great parking... super clean and complimentary supper! I'm impressed 👏

This hotel was exceptional. We have stayed in Hinton many times, in many hotels and this was by far the best experience. The beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet.

The BnB is absolutely beautiful. Elk came by each night. The breakfast options were amazing. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Nicole is wonderful. Super attentive.

Large clean room with comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were nice after a long day driving. Breakfast was cooked to order and was awesome. Close to other shopping and dining options. We would stay here again

Manuel was awesome in checking us in , he gave us clear instructions, he was very helpful and very attentive. Alvin the housekeeping staff was great and helpful and made sure we have everything we need.We got a 5 star treatment from these staff and holiday inn is lucky to have such an amazing staff.

This is definitely not a place for somebody with mobility issues since all the buildings and the office require climbing at least a half a set of stairs. there was an elevator in the building, but I didn't see how to get to it without climbing a half a set of stairs. Other than that, the rooms were great!

Everything in the room was outstanding but actually look like you were at and in a high-end hotel

This place was clean and quiet. The front desk people could be a little more friendly but did their job. Overall nice and easy stay.
