5 specious bedroom, 2 bathroom, north and south facing decks, with open concept kitchen welcomes two or three families to North Vancouver. Centrally located, the house is 5 minutes drive to down town Vancouver, 4 minutes from West Vancouver beach, 3 minutes from Capilano Suspension Bridge, 2 minutes from Grouse Mountain and 1 minute to Cleveland Dam hiking trails. Quiet to relax after touring Vancouver or North Shore. Public transportation available to Lonsdale or Quay Market with variety of authentic cuisines. 5 min to rec center, swimming pools or tennis or soccer field. The house has EV Tesla Station. If you like ping pong, there is outdoor ping pong table to play. The house has TV and wall projector to enjoy cinema experience. AC make it more relaxing on a hot day or during the winter to quickly worm it up in addition to house heating.

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Host was very friendly; and helpful for any questions. Will consider more stays in the future!

Nice place in a great location! We had 6 adults and felt like it was the perfect amount. Any more would have felt crowded. It looks like the number of beds listed doesn’t match the photos they’re under, but other than that it was great.

It had a great place to sit outside. Close to hiking, the suspension bridge and some good restaurants. The pillows weren’t the greatest and the towels were a bit dingy. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

We went in July. It was perfect size for our family vacation. We had 10 of us-6 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and there was decent about of living space and dining space and nicely decorated. Nice outdoor balcony. Nice neighborhood where we felt safe. Some cons: Probably the biggest one was that we didn’t realize it was a shared unit. This unit is upstairs and the host live downstairs. You have to climb up some steep wooden stairs to the unit so bit of a chore with your luggage. More importantly we didn’t feel like we could relax with the kids because we didn’t want them to be too noisy for the downstairs hosts. One night we wanted to enjoy the outside balcony. We were having a conversation and we would laugh at times. We were asked (Kindly) by hosts to keep the noise down, so we went inside and didn’t use the balcony after that. So overall we just didn’t feel like we could fully enjoy each others company because we had to be quiet a lot, even indoors. The other thing is there’s only really central air in the living areas. There’s a room a/c in the master room. Only fans in the other bedrooms so we had to open the windows a lot. So not quite as listed. No screen in the window in twin size room. There wasn’t a remote to be able to use the entertainment system. So my husband paid $10 to download an app to be able to control entertainment center. To be fair we didn’t ask the host to help with this. Overall good experience but not quite what we thought we were booking.

Quiet neighbourhood that is great for walking. Close to a Stanley Park and good hiking trails, close to grocery stores. Very responsive host. Listing mentioned hot tub but there is not even a tub in this house. When we inquired about the hot tub prior to arrival host admitted there was no hot tub so we were not sure why this was mentioned in the listing. Having 5 bedrooms was great although some were rather small. Comfortable beds. Bathroom doors did not lock properly which led to some rather awkward moments! Host provided a high chair and playpen when we inquired about these things prior to arrival. They also brought over a new coffee maker when we noticed there was none in the kitchen. Thanks for making this home available to our family!

Great host. Enjoyable and quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Lots of relaxing areas on several porches. Adjacent to house is a beautiful stream and walking path. Conveniently located to many attractions.

This property is spacious and the interior is beautiful. There is plenty of room to spread out (there were 6 of us) without feeling cramped. The house is convenient to downtown Vancouver without being in the middle of the city. The neighborhood is quiet with convenient access to Grouse Mountain, the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and other attractions, with just a short drive to Quay market, Stanley Park and the Aquarium, Chinatown, etc. Overall, a great experience.
